This policy explains the rules for canceling Allegiant Air flights, requesting refunds, or receiving travel credits. Cancellation eligibility depends on fare type, add-ons selected, and booking conditions at the time of purchase.
Allegiant Air allows customers to cancel their booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the reservation was made at least seven (7) days before departure. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Passengers who purchase Trip Flex can modify or cancel their reservation without additional change fees. This option offers added flexibility for travelers who may need to adjust their plans.
Most Allegiant Air tickets are non-refundable. However, if canceled before departure, the remaining value may be issued as a credit voucher for future travel, subject to applicable terms and expiration dates.
Travelers can make changes to their flight, including dates or destinations. Fare differences may apply. Eligible cancellations may result in travel credits that can be used for future Allegiant Air bookings.
If Allegiant Air cancels or significantly changes a flight due to operational reasons, passengers may be eligible for rebooking at no extra cost or a full refund.
If a passenger fails to cancel before departure and does not show up for the flight, the ticket value may be forfeited. It is recommended to cancel or modify bookings in advance.
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Processing time may vary depending on payment providers and banks.
Customers can manage Allegiant Air reservations online through the “Manage Travel” section or contact customer support for assistance.
Cancellation terms, service fees, and credit policies may vary depending on fare type and optional services selected. Travelers are advised to review booking details carefully before confirming their reservation.
